This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It stores only necessary preferences in your browser: your website language, whether you have seen the cookie notice, a temporary assistant conversation ID for the current tab, and — only if you sign in — your login session. What we collect

We collect only the details needed to respond to an enquiry and arrange an appointment: a name, a contact method, your preferences and any note you choose to share.

How we use it

Information is used to confirm availability, coordinate with the practitioner and follow up about your appointment. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

Storage and access

Records are stored in a private database. Only authorised staff can access client, booking or message records, and access is limited to what their role requires.

Retention and removal

You may ask us to remove your details at any time using the contact channels on this site, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
