Appointments, names and conversations are never published, quoted or used as references or testimonials.
Internal notes
Internal notes exist only to serve you better — preferences, language, previous requests — and are visible only to authorised staff.
Communication
We keep messages brief and neutral, and we never contact you through a channel you have not offered.
Photography
No photography or recording takes place during appointments, by either party.
